MERSEYSIDE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER EXPERIENCE
On the biggest day of your life, you need a Merseyside wedding photographer who knows how to capture that special way your partner looks at you. A photographer who has the experience to be in the right place at the right time to capture the moments that truly matter.
I come to your wedding with a background as a Television cameraman, you know the way TV is filmed, as though the camera isn’t there? Well, that’s the way I photograph weddings.
Working on TV shows such as Brookside and Hollyoaks, together with a degree in communication and body language; has given me the incredible gift to be able to visualise the image in my mind before I’ve pressed the shutter. This enables me to pre-empt and capture special moments as they happen.
MY APPROACH TO PHOTOGRAPHING YOUR WEDDING
When I photograph your wedding I do so wholeheartedly. I expertly and discreetly photograph everything. The details, hugs, smiles and tears, I will show you things that happened you never knew about.
My approach to wedding photography is about 75% documentary, creatively and discreetly capturing the day as it unfolds, producing images that are not just beautiful with nice lighting and blurry backgrounds but are soulful and meaningful as well.
Of course, we can include some family group shots, this usually takes no longer than 20 minutes. I also love to collaborate on some arty portraits of just the both of you. These are the types of images my couples call ‘works of art’ and proudly hand on their walls.
If this sounds like the type of photography you’d like for your day, read on or give me a call, we have a lot in common.
LAID BACK LUXURY. I GOT IT COVERED
My unrivalled Merseyside Wedding Photographer experience has seen me photographing luxury and celebrity wedding photography assignments; this includes the wedding days of many local celebrities and Premiership footballers from Liverpool and Everton FC and my work being published in Vogue and Hello! Magazine.
I’ve photographed weddings in all seasons and conditions and most religions too. My smallest ever wedding was in Cyprus, with just Bride, Groom and myself in attendance.
So, if you’re planning a traditional wedding or something a little more unique, you can trust you’ve found a Merseyside wedding photographer who can handle any situation. Give me a call, let’s talk about your wedding plans and create something meaningful together.
TIMELESS, MEANINGFUL & CINEMATIC
Timeless: No gimmicks or trends, real clean images that won’t date.
Meaningful: I photograph you at your best and the moments that matter.
Cinematically composed: ‘Fly on the wall’ style images, as though the camera isn’t there.
MERSEYSIDE WEDDING VENUES
As a leading Merseyside wedding photographer, I am privileged to have photographed weddings all over the world, however, I have to say the Merseyside is one of my favourite places to photograph weddings.
When getting married in Merseyside your options for wedding venues are endless. As a local Liverpool wedding photographer, some of my favourite local wedding venues include:
Based on the Stanley Dock complex, the Titanic Hotel is a trendy, upscale venue situated just 5 minutes from the city centre. A converted 19th-century warehouse with large chic contemporary rooms and views of the docks make for a solid all-season wedding venue. Check out a real wedding story from the Titanic Hotel on the blog.
THE ROYAL LIVER BUILDING:
The Royal Liver Building wedding venue has to be one of the most famous places to say “I DO” In Liverpool. The iconic building superbly mixes history, culture and contemporary design together with panoramic views of the Mersey. Read more – Royal Liver Building Wedding Photography gallery.
30 JAMES STREET HOTEL:
30 James Street is an opulent Titanic-themed hotel, a fantastic choice for fashionable couples and tourists alike who want to take advantage of nearby locations and famous landmarks. Visit the 30 James Street Wedding Photography gallery for more information.
